I just saw the series finale of Monk and I have to say they ended it perfectly. Everyone had a happy ending, the main bad guy shot himself, Monk solved how his wife died, and life continued with only subtle changes that weren't really subtle. This was by far the best wrap -up of a show that I've seen in years, and if you haven't seen it then I cannot tell you how much I recommend you do.
